The ICC Sydney Hotel, located next to the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), is part of Darling Harbour’s $3 billion redevelopment project.

Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events Stuart Ayres said the project reflects the scope of infrastructure taking place across NSW.

“We’ve got people wanting to invest in our city, create jobs and new opportunities for this fantastic global city that’s really leading the way in our nation. The concrete being poured today is the start of this journey but I’ve got no doubt it will be the start of many journeys for new developments and new

opportunities right across NSW,” Mr Ayres said.

The new public precinct brings world-class convention, exhibition and entertainment facilities to Sydney’s Darling Harbour and is the biggest transformation to the area in 25 years.
