Ellen Bian is the Managing Director of Ironfish Melbourne, which encompasses four Melbourne branch offices and our local property management team. She is also the Managing Director of our Melbourne property development arm, IFD.
With her considerable breadth of experience and expertise, Ellen is widely regarded as one of Melbourne’s most influential leaders in the property industry.
Prior to joining the property industry, Ellen came from an extensive media background, working as the Marketing Manager for Australia’s only 24-hour Chinese Radio Station. Her creativity, innovation and dynamic business skills resulted in record revenues for the company and established her reputation as one of the most prominent marketing figures in Melbourne’s Chinese community.
In 2003, after meeting Joseph Chou, Ellen joined the property industry; her natural talents quickly surfaced, and her leadership potential was evident.
In 2006, Ellen set up the first Ironfish Melbourne office in Box Hill, and under her leadership, she has built a dynamic team of strategists.
Today, Ellen has a substantial property portfolio and remains passionate about helping others to do the same.
