The dream:
To make investing in property easy and stress free
The reality:
Dreaming of having her own independence and getting on the property ladder, Patricia spent almost 9 months searching online and attending endless property inspections and open homes anywhere and everywhere.
As a young first home buyer, hoping to take up the first home buyer grants and incentives which applied to new or off-the-plan property, the process was particularly new and overwhelming.
With her partner away on deployment, it wasn’t long before Patricia became disheartened.
