Settlement support

Even the most experienced property investors find settlement a hassle – and for new investors, the process can seem confusing. But settlement also signals a major achievement – when you get to take ownership of a property, become a landlord and start earning rental income.

Our Customer Care team is working hard in the background and in conjunction with our customers to guide them through the settlement process. They’ve helped settle over 11,000 properties and can help you move smoothly from purchase to ownership.

  • Construction period

    You’ll get regular updates from us on how construction is processing.

  • Six months prior

    We’ll send out reminders for you to begin preparing your finance

  • 3 months prior

    Customer Care will be in touch to help appoint a property manager.

  • 1 month prior

    We’ll arrange an inspection to check for any defects before settling.

  • 14 days from settlement

    You organise your personal documents & finance – we’ll handle the rest.

  • After settlement

    You’ll receive regular updates from us on your property’s performance.
