Another prestigious award goes to an Ironfish-selected development
Brisbane-based developer, Aria Property Group, has taken out the top national award for its stunning development, The Melbourne Residences. This is the third year in a row that Aria has won this highly coveted award.
Located on Melbourne St, South Brisbane, and bringing together a mix of ground floor retail and luxury apartments, the development won the 2018 UDIA National Award for Excellence for Best High Density Development.
The Melbourne Residences development has now received multiple awards including:

- UDIA QLD Best Urban Renewal Development
- UDIA QLD Best Retail, Commercial and Public Use Development
- HIA Apartment Complex of the Year
- UDIA QLD President’s Award for best overall development in QLD.
