After 13 years of serving over 10,000 property investment customers, we felt it was important to review and enhance our existing brand so we could better articulate our brand values, vision and unique services within a contemporary context.

We are so proud of the brand we have built and our evolution as a company; starting with a single office back in 2006, to today, with over 14 branches, property management and mortgage broking services as well as major property development arms. Providing a full suite of property services has been essential to our goal of making investment as simple and convenient for our investors as possible.

Over the years, we have grown our brand through our unique culture, exceptional properties and of course, the heart and soul of our brand: building trust with our incredible community of investors.

At the heart of the Ironfish brand ‘refresh’ is our focus on service and our aim of creating customers for life. Our mission is to support Australian families to not only acquire a portfolio of great properties – assets they can retire on one day. It’s also to help them hold these properties over the long term – as long as it takes to achieve their property goals.

Accordingly, we have a new promise to our customers: “Together in property”.

To us, “Together in property” represents our commitment to stand by our investors for the life of their investment journey. It also represents our own experience as investors; to ‘practice what we preach’ and to share our insights, experience and expertise to help others succeed.

Our new website

Sharing our expertise is a key Ironfish brand value. As such, in developing our new website, it was important to us to be able to improve the online experience for the many Australian investors looking for information and resources to help them make well-informed decisions about investing in property in Australia.

In addition to its streamlined, modern design, our new website has improved functionality and easy access to a range of educational content. From e-books, research reports, videos and event bookings, to customer case studies and insights on how we select an investment property for our customers – all our expertise and many resources are available to our website visitors.
