So, we are committed to continually investing in the growth of our people. This commitment is formalised through our personal and career development programme. As part of this programme, we hold an annual conference, giving us a chance to bring together some of our stand out achievers from all across Ironfish Australia and China. This year, the event was held in Port Douglas between 1 – 4 February.
